What is the Physique Age?

Physique Age is designed to provide further context around your scan results and inspire a fun, motivating reflection of how your body appears and its overall visual impression. 

Each time you scan with ZOZOFIT, our system captures a high-resolution 3D model of your body— shape, proportions, posture, and body fat percentage. Our deep learning model, which has been trained on a large set of real, anonymized body data, then runs your results to estimate the typical age range your physique aligns with. 

The score comes with a short message tailored to your current category—from “Much Younger” to “Needs Care.” These aren’t designed as judgement, but an opportunity to check-in and reflect if your habits and lifestyle align with your goals.
