During your scan, ZOZOFIT checks eight posture points - Head level, Spine angle, Knee bend, Shoulder height, Anterior pelvic tilt, Pelvic rotation, Lateral spinal drift, and Hip level (pelvic obliquity). Based on research in the field, each of these point has an optimal range . The closer you stay to those sweet spots, the higher your score (out of 100). You’ll land in one of four tiers:
- Perfectly Aligned
- Mostly Aligned
Slightly Unaligned
Moderately Unaligned
How we calculate your score
- In range, no penalty. A checkpoint that lands inside its sweet spot does not affect your score.
- Out of range, scaled penalty. The farther a reading strays, the more it counts, but a single joint can never dominate the total.
- Balanced weighting. Checkpoints that matter most for posture, such as spine angle, influence the score a bit more.
