If you purchased your ZOZOFIT subscription through Apple, you will need to contact Apple's App Store customer support department directly.
To request a refund for ZOZOFIT, please follow these steps:
- Sign into reportaproblem.apple.com
- Tap or click “I’d like to…”
- Then choose “Request a refund”
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next
- Choose ZOZOFIT then choose Submit.
*It is important to note that you cannot request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com if the charge is still pending. Once the charge goes through, try to request a refund again. For more information about refund requests or for other refunds that you can’t request on reportaproblem.apple.com, contact Apple Support.
