How do I switch to a different premium plan?

Users are able to switch their premium plan at any time and the steps to do so vary depending on the method of purchase.

For iOS subscriptions:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select your ZOZOFIT subscription
5. Choose your preferred plan

For Google Play subscriptions:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon or Menu in the top-right corner
3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Select your ZOZOFIT subscription
5. Tap Manage and select your preferred plan

For Subscriptions purchase through our web portal:

1. Go to my.zozofit.com
2. Sign into your account
3. Navigate to the YOUR PLAN tab
4. Tap Manage 
5. Select your preferred plan
