We sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties! A scan can fail for several reasons, but below are the most common:
Phone Positioning: Ensure that your phone is as close to the edge as possible so that your full body is in the frame and nothing is obstructing the camera's view.
Phone Height and Angle: Ensure your phone is placed at or slightly below waist height and is completely upright, allowing your body to be centered in frame. If your phone is too high or angled upward, it is likely that you'll be off center and part of your body will leave the frame when scanning.
Lighting: Ensure you are scanning in an evenly lit environment, free of harsh overhead lighting, shadows across your body, and window light from behind. Poor lighting can effect the camera's ability to accurately detect your body's silhouette.
It would also be worthwhile to delete and reinstall the app before your next scan to recalibrate the scanning process. This will not impact your scan history in any way.
