How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your ZOZOFIT password, please follow these steps: 

  1. Tap "forgot password" on the log-in page
  2. Enter your email address registered with your ZOZOFIT account
  3. Copy and paste the security code sent to your email in the ZOZOFIT app 
  4. Create new password 

*If you do not receive a code to your email address within 10 minutes, there is a chance the email address you entered is not registered to your ZOZOFIT account. Meaning, you may have used a different email address when creating your ZOZOFIT account.
