Unfortunately, users are unable to change the gender setting after creating an account. If your gender setting is incorrect, the only way to correct it is to delete and recreate your account with the correct setting.
To delete your ZOZOFIT account, tap the profile circle in the top left corner of the app, then tap ‘edit’ in the top right corner, and then tap the red ‘Delete Account’ button at the bottom of the screen. Please understand that this action is irreversible and you will not be able to retrieve this account after the fact. Once complete, create a new account with your preferred credentials.
