If you wish to change the email address associated with your ZOZOFIT account, please reach out to support@zozofit.com and include your current account email and the email you wish to switch to.
If you want to change the login method for your account, please email support@zozofit.com and include information about your current login method and what you wish to switch to.
If you have switched from iPhone to Android and you used the Sign in with Apple option, please email support@zozofit.com.
If you would like to change the email address that receives ZOZOFIT content, marketing or otherwise, you can do so in the ZOZOFIT app.
- Open the ZOZOFIT app
- Tap on the blue circle in the top-left corner of your screen
- Tap "Edit" on the top right of your screen
- Tap "Change" next to your current email address
- Enter your desired email and tap "Email Link"
- Tap the link in the email sent from ZOZOFIT, or enter the code shown in the email on your app
You will be prompted to sign-in again with your new email address if you normally sign in with email and password.
